No Returns or Exchanges: We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for engraved products, even if you change your mind or accidentally misorder.

Proofing: To ensure accuracy, we provide a digital proof for your approval before we begin engraving. Once you approve the proof, the order enters production and cannot be canceled or changed. It is your responsibility to double-check all spelling, dates, and font selections at that time.

Exceptions: The only exception to this policy is if we make a manufacturing error (e.g., we engrave the wrong name or item) or if the item arrives damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info.ninecarat@gmail.com within 30 days if there is a problem with the quality of the engraving or damage during transit.
