How to Disable an NC TagOne Device from NINE CARAT

Received an alert about an unknown NC TagOne tracker near you? If you see a notification on your Android device for an unfamiliar NC TagOne (a NINE CARAT brand item finder), you can tap the notification to make the device play a sound and locate it. Once found, follow the simple steps below to disable it.

To Disable the NC TagOne:

1. Open the product's back cover and locate the switch button.

2. Quickly press the button five times within two seconds.

3. When NC TagOne is disabled, you will hear a confirmation sound.

Important: After disabling, the NC TagOne will be unlinked from the Find Hub network. This means:

• The original owner will stop receiving location updates for this device.
